And you deserve that

Even the most inward minds need moments of shelter, where they are not thinking, not working, only being kept.

There are days when I don’t want to be strong. Not quietly strong. Not brave in a way that no one notices. Just… relax.

For once, You need to be looked after.

And highlighting this thought because today I saw you full of fatigue.

We live in a world that praises the caregivers and the hard workers. The ones who remember others' birthdays, who work on time, who check in, who listen carefully, who hold space even when their own hands are tired. We clap for resilience, celebrate independence, and call it growth when someone learns to survive without asking for much.

But no one really talks about how heavy that role becomes.

Work is making money, yes …but it is also demanding.

It asks for patience even when your chest feels full. It asks for understanding when you are the one who needs it most. It asks you to notice the smallest shifts in others while quietly ignoring your own.

And after a while, you start wondering, When will someone notice me like this?

Real care is always back you up. Gving you comfort when you turn around.

The kind that learns your anxiety, and tries to soothe you.

The kind that understands your tiredness without asking you to explain it.

Care is someone told you, “Rest. I’ve got this.”

And meaning it.

I know you want that softness to move toward you, want to be asked if you've eaten.

You want someone to sit with you to make you happy.

You want your feelings to be respected, not ignored.

To be loved, cared, lilberated.

Because care is not control. It is not possession. It is presence.

Do not hesitate to say it out loud. “I need care too.”

Because somewhere along the way, we were taught that wanting to be cared for is weakness. That needing softness makes us fragile. That asking for support means we haven’t grown enough.

But that isn’t true.

Even the strongest hearts need a place to rest. Even the most giving souls deserve to receive. Even the ones who love deeply need to be loved gently.

You need care that arrives with patience, stays with love, and feels happiness.
